Terms of Service

Effective date: August 4, 2026. These terms govern your use of the BrillGem website and any BrillGem service made available to you.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BrillGem, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use BrillGem on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service scope

BrillGem is a business content workspace designed for TikTok Business account owners and approved team members. The service may include account overview, owned-video review and available performance information. Features may be introduced, changed or limited during development.

3. Account authorization

You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. Any TikTok connection must be approved through the applicable authorization process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts and for promptly revoking access that is no longer authorized.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Connect or attempt to access an account without the account owner’s permission.
  • Use BrillGem to scrape unrelated accounts, evade platform controls or collect data outside approved permissions.
  • Misrepresent your identity, company or authority.
  • Interfere with service security, availability or integrity.
  • Use the service in violation of law, TikTok requirements or third-party rights.

5. Ownership

BrillGem, its website design, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to Yishijiuyi (Shenzhen) Trading Co., Ltd. You retain rights in your own content and business information. These terms do not transfer ownership of TikTok or third-party materials.

6. Third-party services

BrillGem may rely on TikTok and other third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, availability and authorization requirements. BrillGem is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of BrillGem for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and pre-release functionality may change before general availability.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrillGem is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and request disconnection or deletion at any time through the published channels.
