• Basic technical logs that a hosting provider may generate, such as IP address, browser type, date, time and requested page, for security and reliable delivery.

Authorized TikTok Business information

If an integration is later enabled and you authorize it, BrillGem may process only the categories covered by the permissions you approve, such as connected account identification, owned organic video information, available performance metrics, and comments on owned videos where separately authorized.

If TikTok-derived data is later processed, it will be retained only as long as necessary for the authorized service or until the account is disconnected or a valid deletion request is completed, subject to legally required retention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive credentials by email.
